We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join a major SAP transformation programme. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll parallel runs and post-go-live support.
  • Work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Produce functional documentation, solution designs, specifications and other project artefacts.
  • Work effectively within a multi-supplier delivery environment.
  • Provide effort estimates and contribute to successful project delivery.
  • Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members where required.

Required Experience

  • Strong experience delivering SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions.
  • Proven SAP Payroll implementation and/or application support experience across multiple project life cycles.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Payroll processing, including year-end activities.

  • Good understanding of Personnel Administration and payroll-related legal changes.
  • Experience integrating payroll with Employee Central and third-party systems.
  • Broad SAP technical awareness, including areas such as ABAP, Security, BASIS and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

  • Experience within the Public Sector or other highly regulated environments.
  • Additional country payroll experience (such as Saudi Arabia/KSA) would be advantageous.
