Location: London
Working arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: Circa £53,000 to £60,000 plus benefits
WeDoData is a specialist recruitment company that focuses on non-teaching support in the education sector.
I am working with a established further education client of ours in London who are recruiting for a full time, permanent Head of Organisational Development and Culture, which is a new and exciting role for them!
My client is a large, multi-site, further education college whose main focus is providing the highest quality education and skills development in the local community and preparing their students for employment and the wider world.
As the Head of Organisational Development and Culture, you will focus on 3 main areas; improving workplace culture, developing staff skills and leadership and improving employee experience and engagement to support better performance, attendance and staff retention.
As a minimum you'll need prior senior level experience in staff and organisational development, culture change or employee experience, with a proven ability to turn strategy into effective programmes.
You'll also have proven experience of designing and delivering leadership and staff development programmes for senior teams using a range of learning methods. It goes without saying that you'll need to be an effective and collaborative leader with the ability to work effectively across boundaries.
Although not essential an undertsanding of the public sector would be advantageous.
In return my client can offer;
- Salary between £53,656 to £60,082
- 29 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
- Excellent pension schemes (LGPS c.15%)
- Free car parking
- Subsidised gym membership
- Dental insurance
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
- Public Transport Season Ticket Loan scheme
Please note, my client cannot provide sponsorship.
