Role: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Greenwich CT – Hybrid

About The Role:

We are looking for seasoned, detail-oriented engineers with strong technical judgment and an ownership mind-set. The role is focused on modernization or replacement of existing systems and development of new systems to support financial services operations processes.

 

Key Requirements

• Expert-level C#, SQL and Angular skills with strong software engineering discipline

• Strong hands-on experience using Rabbit MQ, Elastic search or equivalents

• Experience building integrations with Salesforce is a plus

• Experience with New Relic and Sumo Logic is a plus

• Ability to rapidly develop using Claude Code/Codex while still producing clean, well-architected, thoroughly tested production-quality code

• Strong experience with scalable system design and enterprise-grade engineering standards

• Deep understanding of SDLC, testing strategies, code quality, and maintainability

• Strong analytical, coding, and debugging skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team

• Strong communication skills
