Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing external engineering resources, overseeing project budgets, schedules, procurement, risk management.
• Strong knowledge of project cost control, quality assurance, HSE standards, GxP/QA compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related discipline with 5+ years of experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience leading facility improvement, energy optimization, and compliance initiatives across manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineering teams and drive continuous improvement across project management functions.
