Job description

Experience: 1–3 years
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office – Domlur)

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited about building AI-first products.

You should be someone who takes ownership, figures things out independently, and enjoys solving problems. We value people who can move fast, experiment, and get things done without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do

  • Own product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying problems to launching solutions and measuring impact.
  • Work on AI-first products, identifying opportunities to use GenAI and automation to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Conduct customer research, understand user pain points, and translate insights into product improvements.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to build and ship products.
  • Define and track product metrics, analyze funnels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build quick prototypes, test ideas, and iterate based on feedback and data.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution, preferably in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, or related roles.
  • High agency: Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and finds ways to get things done.
  • AI-first mindset: Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work and is curious about building products using AI.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down ambiguous problems.
  • Product sense: Good understanding of user experience and what makes a product work well.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and work with different teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience building AI agents, prototypes, or side projects using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Replit.
  • Experience with consumer products, growth, or monetisation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, SEO, or digital marketing.
  • Previous startup or 0→1 product experience.

We are particularly interested in people who have built something on their own, whether it's a side project, a small product, or an AI-powered tool. We care about what you've done, not just the roles you've held.
