Network Operations Lead

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Network Operations Lead to join our Development Finance Corporation team supporting the Network Operations (Zero Trust) business unit. This position will be located within the United States and will be a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

Owns the Cisco LAN and WAN, the 99.9% network availability target, and all network changes through the ERB/CCB. Drives MTTR reduction through ITIL incident, problem, and change management and coordinates major incident bridges for network-impacting P1 events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 12+ years of network management experience (or commensurate experience)
• Must be open to 24x7x365 WAN/LAN operations, ITIL change and incident management, and routing and segmentation discipline
• Must have all or at least one of the following certifications ( CCNP, CCDP, CISM, PMP, ITIL v4)
• Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a DFC Public Trust clearance

USD $124,540.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.
