Job Description

Role                     : Study Facilitation Support Executive
Location              : Cupertino, CA – Onsite
Duration              : 6 Months Contract
Experience          : 2+ Years

 

Need locals

Education: BS in Computer Science, HCI, or related field

Apple Experience: Preferred

 

Key Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency with iOS and macOS devices
  • Comfortable using Terminal, SSH, and command-line scripts
  • Experience facilitating/moderating in-person user research studies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with computers or consumer electronics
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Experience managing study devices, equipment, data collection, and session environments
  • Ability to install software and perform basic troubleshooting on development devices
  • Experience with participant recruitment, scheduling, surveys, and study coordination
  • Ability to collect, validate, and communicate quantitative data and study results
  • Basic experience with data processing and visualization is a plus
  • Flexible to support study sessions between 7:30 AM–6:30 PM as needed
  • Some days may require 4–6 hours outdoors in Cupertino

 

Important: This is an onsite role in Cupertino, CA.
