Quality Analyst III (Google Cloud Platform Performance Lead)

We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Performance Lead with 10+ years of Performance Testing/Engineering experience to lead performance strategy for cloud-native applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This role requires hands-on expertise in performance testing, performance tuning, cloud observability, and leading a team of performance engineers.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Performance Testing/Performance Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and cloud performance optimization
• Expertise with LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE), JMeter, or Gatling
• Experience with performance testing of microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform observability tools, performance tuning, and database optimization (Cloud Spanner is a plus)
• Experience leading a team of Performance Engineers and working with global onshore/offshore teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to stakeholders and leadership
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Healthcare or other high-volume enterprise application experience is preferred.
