Azure Cloud Engineer Must hold baseline security clearance

My client is seeking an experiencedAzure Engineer to support the ongoing management, troubleshooting, and optimisation of enterprise Azure platforms. This role is suited to an Azure infrastructure specialist who enjoys working across cloud operations, resolving production issues, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to maintain stable and reliable services.

The successful candidate will have strong experience supporting Azure infrastructure in enterprise environments, with a focus on operational support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. A good understanding of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code concepts is required.

Must hold an active Baseline Security Clearance at the commencement of the contract

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Azure Engineer supporting enterprise Azure infrastructure environments
• Strong background in Azure infrastructure operations, managed services, and production support
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day Azure platform issues across production environments
• Ability to investigate and resolve infrastructure incidents, including participation in major incident response activities when required
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and collaboration between development and infrastructure teams
• General understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts, including technologies such as Microsoft Bicep and TerraformStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex cloud infrastructure issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with infrastructure, development, security, and support teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate effectively in an enterprise environment
