Web Strategy Lead: Growth Engine & Cross Team Catalyst

Xero is seeking a digital strategist to bridge design and code, owning the company's web presence as a growth engine. You will translate high-level marketing goals into actionable web requirements and partner with Engineering and Product to deliver value across the customer journey.
