Job description

  • Unterstützung bei
    • der Erstellung, Planung und Überwachung von IT-Budgets und Forecasts
    • dem Monitoring von IT-Verträgen und Lizenzkosten
    • allen Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten, inkl. Bildung von Rückstellungen, sowie Erstellung neuer Bestellungen und Weiterverrechnungen
    • der Planung, Abstimmung und Durchführung von Intercompany Charges innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
    • der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagementstandards,-methoden und -tools
  • Mitarbeit im Supplier und Contract Management
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Koordination sowie Dokumentation und Monitoring von IT-Projekten
  • Laufendes Studium mit informationstechnischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Controlling, IT-Controlling, Finanzwesen oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP- und Projektmanagement-Methoden von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Anwendungen
  • Souveränes und sicheres Auftreten sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Teamorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
