We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong consultative mindset and technical aptitude to act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, provide solution recommendations, challenge requirements when necessary and guide stakeholders toward Salesforce best practices.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and business process transformation, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Act as a Salesforce Business Analyst and trusted advisor to business stakeholders and clients.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions and solution design discussions.
• Analyse business processes and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows and solution designs.
• Work closely with architects, developers, administrators and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Should have good understanding around Sales cloud and have worked on that Previously.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation.
• Participate in discussion and contribute to overall business process
• Evaluate business requirements from both functional and technical perspectives.
• Support UAT, change management, user adoption and training initiatives.
• Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Utilise AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and similar platforms to improve analysis, documentation and solutioning efficiency.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Lead-to-Opportunity-to-Close lifecycle
• Case Management and Customer Service processes
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing concepts, profiles, permission sets, reports, dashboards, flows, validation rules and integrations.
• Ability to discuss and explain requirements with developers and architects.
• Ability to evaluate solution feasibility and provide recommendations from a technical perspective.

Business analysis and consulting skills

• Requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Business process mapping and optimisation.
• Gap analysis and solution consulting.
• User story creation and backlog management.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.

Must have skills:

• Excellent communication skills, Sales Cloud and service cloud expertise.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Additional Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable

Preferred domain experience

• Real Estate Domain Experience (Highly Preferred)
