Role: SAP FICO Lead Consultant

Location: King of Prussia, PA – Onsite
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Lead Consultant with 10–15+ years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of finance processes, hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts, and experience with FACM (Financial Accounting Cash Management). The consultant will lead finance transformation initiatives and work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support initiatives.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy FICO functionality within S/4HANA environments.
• Conduct fit-gap assessments, requirement workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Drive finance process improvements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Manage integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide functional leadership throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills:

• 10–15+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO business processes.
• Proven experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects.
• Hands-on experience with FACM / Financial Accounting Cash Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance integration with other modules.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience supporting global SAP rollout programs.
• Knowledge of Central Finance, Treasury, or FSCM is a plus.

Must Have: SAP FICO Lead experience, end-to-end S/4HANA implementation/rollout expertise, strong finance business-process knowledge, and FACM/Cash Management experience.
