We're Hiring Associate Delivery Manager / Delivery Manager (Banking Domain)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8-15 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Our client is looking for an experienced Associate Delivery Manager / Delivery Manager with a strong background in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain to lead enterprise digital delivery initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver projects and products using Agile/Iterative methodologies

Own project quality, scope, financial performance, and successful delivery

Lead and manage cross-functional delivery teams

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications

Manage project planning, resource allocation, budgets, risks, and status reporting

Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, contractual obligations, and organizational

policies

Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and best practices across delivery

engagements

Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve business

outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

8-15 years of total IT experience with 5+ years in Project/Delivery Management

Mandatory experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain

Strong experience delivering digital transformation projects using Agile methodologies

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

Experience in project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and

delivery governance

Good understanding of change management and continuous improvement practices

Preferred Skills

Experience implementing Banking/Financial products

Technical background in Java, Open Source technologies, Microservices, APIs, Cloud, DevOps,

and modern UI technologies

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher from a recognized institution. Project Management certifications

are an added advantage.
