In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Leveraging your strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, you will diligently monitor key performance metrics, provide actionable insights for continuous optimization, and implement data-driven strategies, including A/B testing and remarketing.
This role also encompasses collaborating on SEO strategies to maximize both organic and paid growth, managing website updates and content loading, and ensuring all creative assets align with campaign goals. Campaign Management- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive client success.
- Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns deliver on KPIs within the agreed-upon budget.
- Create regular performance reports (weekly or monthly) for clients, tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights for improvements.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to analyze and report on digital performance.
- Collaborate with the team to implement A/B testing and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Assist with planning and implementing SEO strategies alongside paid advertising to maximize organic and paid growth.
- Stay updated on the latest digital trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized.
- Manage digital development projects/websites (managing dev and design, assisting in content loading, testing and launch).
- Updating existing client websites with landing pages, content loading, blog updates, and database exporting (predominantly WordPress).
- Work closely with the content, design, and social teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and digital strategies.
- Assist in the creation of ad copy, brief of visuals and other creative assets for campaigns.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance-based campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO strategies and best practices.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and remarketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
