We are seeking a skilled technician to join a leading hospital situated directly on the Baltic Sea coast, renowned for its specialization in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine. This facility is a crucial medical hub for the region, serving approximately 50,000 patients annually and is an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Lübeck.

The Role

• Independently manage plant operations, performing maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, and upgrades in electrical engineering to ensure continuous operation of technical systems.
• Reliably handle troubleshooting by receiving and processing fault reports, conducting regular condition checks, and performing technical walk-throughs.
• Oversee subcontractors by instructing them appropriately, monitoring their work, and accepting completed tasks.
• Actively contribute technical expertise to projects and the energy management team.
• Maintain legally compliant documentation of all performed tasks and participate in on-call duty according to the schedule.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a skilled worker or master craftsman in electrical engineering (e.g., energy and building technology, building energy and infrastructure systems, plant engineering, or communication and security technology).
• Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office and CAFM systems.
• Enthusiasm, teamwork skills, and a service-oriented attitude, with a willingness for continuous professional development and a valid driver's license (Class B).
• Ability to quickly understand and independently solve technical challenges.
