Bilingual Associate Recruiter

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly manufacturing roles, from sourcing and interviewing through offers and hire. Build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers and HR, use recruiting systems and data to guide decisions, and improve the candidate experience. This role is onsite at a manufacturing plant up to five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly production roles, from sourcing through hire.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain pipelines using applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
• Conduct candidate interviews and summarize relevant experience for hiring managers.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to prepare and present offers.
• Communicate proactively with candidates and provide a consistent candidate experience.
• Advise hiring teams on recruitment strategies, provide progress updates, and recommend process improvements.
