IBM BAW/BPM Developer (Cloud BAW Environment)

We are seeking an experienced IBM BAW/BPM Developer with strong expertise in Cloud BAW environments to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing business process solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using IBM BAW/BPM (CP4BA)
• Create and maintain business process models (BPMN 2.0) including workflows, routing, and gateways
• Develop user interfaces using Coaches and Coach Views
• Integrate BAW applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and JSON
• Work with databases and write SQL queries for data management
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning
• Follow best practices for development, testing, and deployment

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in IBM BAW/BPM development
• Strong experience with Cloud BAW (CP4BA)
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 process modeling
• Experience with Coaches, JavaScript, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP services and integrations
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins)
• Exposure to Case Management and Decision Services
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
