The Role

• Support the Filialleitung in all aspects of personnel and store management.
• Ensure the store adheres to company standards and optimize workflows while monitoring key performance indicators.
• Actively engage with and inspire the team and the customer community.
• Contribute hands-on across all store operations, including stock management, pricing, and cashier duties.
• Foster a positive and service-oriented environment for both the team and customers.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in retail or a comparable qualification, with prior professional experience.
• Proven ability to enthuse and motivate employees.
• Independent working style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a high degree of responsibility.
• A passion for or familiarity with the world of motorcycling is a plus.
