Job description

About Nimbus Health

Nimbus Health exists to empower older Australians to reclaim independence without ever leaving home. By combining best-practice allied healthcare with seamless coordination, we remove the barriers that too often stand between our clients and the care they need.

Since our founding, we’ve grown across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide, yet our north-star remains unchanged: compassionate, accessible care that keeps people right where they belong at home. We partner closely with clients, families and home care providers to deliver evidence-based services that prioritise lasting wellbeing and quality of life.

Our Melbourne team is growing and we're currently seeking Physiotherapists in the Eastern suburbs to join our dynamic team and help us deliver high-quality services to our clients!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physiotherapy services in the community to clients receiving funding through the Support at Home program, Short Term Restorative Care, and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
  • Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
  • Continually review our current processes with an eye for improvements, including updating our team wiki with best practice
  • Work and communicate with your patient's care team, including other allied health professionals and care advisers at some of Australia's leading organisations
  • Prepare training and educational materials for the organisations we work closely with

About you:

We are looking for candidates that genuinely care for our clients and want to make each and every experience memorable!

  • Bachelor Degree of Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccination
  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • Regular access to a car
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference
  • Located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
