We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to help expand our client network by connecting with organizations, understanding their hiring requirements, and introducing our recruitment services.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through Google, LinkedIn, Appolo, business directories, and other professional platforms.
Contact HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, Business Owners, Hospital Administrators, and decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Generate qualified business leads and schedule meetings.
Understand client hiring requirements and present suitable recruitment solutions.
Build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain daily follow-up records and update the CRM or lead tracker.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, Recruitment Sales, Staffing Sales, HR Consulting, or Corporate Sales.
Experience in lead generation and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
Experience using LinkedIn, Google Search, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools is preferred.
Skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
