THE OPPORTUNITY / THE PITCH

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Legal Clerk to support our Legal team with day-to-day administrative and document management tasks. This is an entry-level role suited to someone who enjoys keeping processes moving, working with documents, and supporting a fast-paced team.

You’ll help prepare, track, and manage legal documents and approvals—ensuring agreements, scopes, and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and signed on time.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES / THE TASK AT HAND

  • Support the Legal team with administrative tasks, document filing, record-keeping, and contract tracking
  • Prepare and format legal documents, agreements, scopes of work, and supporting attachments
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, correct details, and required signatures before circulation
  • Coordinate the signing process by following up with internal stakeholders and external parties to collect signatures and approvals
  • Maintain trackers for contracts, approvals, deadlines, and pending signatures
  • Organize and maintain legal files, templates, and document repositories
  • Assist with basic research and information gathering to support legal and compliance requests
  • Liaise with internal teams to collect information or documents needed for legal review
  • Support ad hoc administrative projects and process-improvement initiatives
  • Review, redline, and negotiate routine agreements—primarily Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and basic confidentiality agreements—in accordance with established company playbooks, guidelines, and escalation protocols
  • Support cross-functional stakeholders across the APAC and EMEA regions, helping ensure regional alignment and timely turnaround on routine contract inquiries.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience in legal administration, paralegal support, contracts administration, or a similar role
  • Experience using e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign) and contract management or document tracking tools is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines
  • Comfortable chasing updates and following up professionally with different stakeholders
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, reliable, and positive working style
  • Interest in legal work, contracts, compliance, or business operations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

What you should know about VaynerMedia

Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!

Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
