Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Specialist Procurement with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to lead enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of SAP functional experience, including end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, procurement process optimization, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA P2P implementation projects.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Procurement solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize procurement business processes.
  • Drive business transformation aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Inventory, Logistics, and external SAP partners.
  • Manage system testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop end-user training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience.
  • Strong SAP MM Procurement configuration experience.
  • End-to-end SAP implementation and rollout experience.
  • Business process optimization and stakeholder management.
  • Data migration, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
