The Role • Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location. • Conduct a variety of services including repairs, scheduled maintenance, and diagnostic checks. • Manage your own stock, reporting, and customer interactions efficiently. • Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service. • Work independently to make informed decisions for customer vehicle solutions. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record (fewer than 6 points). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
