We are seeking a skilled technician for a leading UK motoring assistance and services provider, renowned for its innovation and commitment to customer care. This role offers the chance to deliver expert vehicle maintenance directly to customers, embodying the company's dedication to exceptional service.

The Role

• Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of services including repairs, scheduled maintenance, and diagnostic checks.
• Manage your own stock, reporting, and customer interactions efficiently.
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Work independently to make informed decisions for customer vehicle solutions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record (fewer than 6 points).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
