Sales and Production Coordinator

The Sales & Production Coordinator assists the division with scheduling projects, tracking progress and expenses, and communicating with other team members, performing various tasks described in more detail below. As a Sales & Production Coordinator , you would be responsible for: Provide support to coordinate daily operations of other employees in the department Daily review & approval of crew members’ time into Arbor Gold Answering customer phone calls and scheduling leads and appointments for Sales Team/Management Deliver regular reporting to ensure key stakeholders are kept abreast of project statuses Support the delivery of change and communication activities associated with current projects Manage and accurately track all clients, contracts, invoicing, expenses, and data management associated with projects in the division Serves as a project liaison to other team members and divisions High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of related experience Excellent customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook Medical Plan effective 60 days following start date ~ Dental Plan ~ Flexible Spending Account (FSA) ~ Retirement Plan: 401(k) (50% Company Match up to 4%/2%) ~ Short Term Disability ~ Long Term Disability (100% Company Paid) ~$Employee Assistance Program (100% Company Paid) ~ Six (6) Paid Holidays ~ Professional development training Our core purpose is to love people and pursue excellence in the tree care industry.
