Endpoint & Identity Management Systems Administrator

4 or more years of experience in enterprise systems administration and infrastructure modernization.

Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Server administration.

Experience with Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and enterprise Windows workstation deployment.

Experience in cloud platform management using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for system automation, reporting, and endpoint management.

Experience in DNS, DHCP administration, virtualized environments (VMware), and Workspace ONE platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory structures, Microsoft Entra ID, and Azure services.

Lead endpoint management, Microsoft Intune configurations, Group Policies, and Windows imaging deployments.

Execute server migrations, identity modernization projects, domain consolidations, and data center transitions.

Automate systems administration routines and infrastructure reporting using advanced PowerShell scripts.

Configure core network services including DNS, DHCP, and virtual infrastructure components.

Provide Tier III technical support, complex incident troubleshooting, and system operational readiness.

Develop technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge transfer materials for IT staff.
