Release Orchestrator for Agile Transformations

LeavePlus is delivering a major transformation program and seeks an experienced Release Delivery Lead to bring it all together. This is a 6 month MTC through to Jan 2027, with multi squad release coordination and business readiness.

You'll coordinate delivery across technology, testing, change and business readiness; serve as a servant leader to ensure releases are well planned and delivered for real value to our members.
