The Role • Act as the primary customer contact, nurturing relationships and driving business growth within an assigned territory. • Educate customers on ordering platforms, provide menu consultations, and offer product and pricing strategies. • Drive sales success by achieving case growth targets and acquiring new business through impactful presentations. • Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., marketing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities using market intelligence and lead generation strategies. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the order and delivery process.
