Manufacturing Production Operator

This Manufacturing Production Operator opportunity offers hands-on work supporting production of new and existing products under cGMP standards. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Production Operator position include: Minimum 6 months of experience in a production environment. High school diploma or equivalent (process technology degree or equivalent preferred).

Ability to work onsite in Arcadia, including Monday-Friday training from 8 AM–4 PM, followed by 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule. Ability to accommodate varying shift patterns and overtime as production plans change. Ability to safely operate mechanized equipment, including lift trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks. Operate process equipment by adding ingredients, packaging products, and cleaning equipment in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs.

Maintain batch documentation by completing Manufacturing Performance Report (MPR) entries, cleaning records, logbooks, withdrawal sheets, and other paperwork. Monitor production progress through equipment readings, particle evaluation with a microscope, and in-process testing; communicate delays, equipment problems, or deviations to the shift team lead.

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour.
