• What provider configuration work have you completed in HRP (e.g., contracts, fee schedules, provider networks, reimbursement structures)? Have you supported updates tied to claims payment or rate changes?
• Can you describe your hands-on experience configuring within HealthRules Payor (HRP)? What specific modules have you configured (e.g., benefits, providers, contracts, pricing), and how recently have you worked in HRP?
• Have you supported production configuration changes in HRP? How have you handled testing, regression validation, and issue resolution to ensure claims adjudicate correctly after configuration updates? 
• Walk me through a benefits configuration you personally built or modified in HRP. Did it involve accumulators, cost share structures (copay/coinsurance/deductible), limits, or product-level variations? How did you validate adjudication outcomes?
