The Role • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entry preparation and posting. • Perform account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and prepare financial commentary. • Conduct GAAP research and prepare technical accounting position papers. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. • Partner with business teams to streamline financial workflows and support a growing organization. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with prior public accounting experience preferred. • Strong understanding of financial accounting, general ledger transactions, and GAAP. • Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data. • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills. • Experience with SAP is a plus.
