Strategic IAM Leader - Enterprise Identity & Access

Downer Group is seeking a senior leader to head Identity & Access Management (IAM) within Group Technology, Cloud & Networks. You will shape and govern enterprise IAM platforms across 33,000 employees, contractors, partners and digital identities in Australia and New Zealand.

You will drive strategy, modernisation, and governance for identity services, ensuring reliability, security, and business enablement while managing budgets and key vendor partnerships.
