The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 - KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with local authorities and schools to meet the diverse educational needs of learners.
• Re-imagine the standard of education for young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of teaching experience, with a focus on SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and 2+ professional references.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• UK-based with the right to work in the UK.
