WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within your first 12 months, you will have successfully delivered a portfolio of strategic projects, built credibility with senior stakeholders, and implemented improvements that enhance operational performance, customer outcomes and business efficiency. You will be recognised as a trusted delivery partner, capable of bringing together diverse teams, navigating complexity and ensuring projects consistently achieve their intended outcomes. ABOUT YOU We're looking for an ambitious person with a proven record of success and who will have: • Proven project management experience delivering multiple concurrent projects from inception through to implementation<br />• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<br />• Experience managing budgets, risks, resources and project governance<br />• Ability to influence at all levels and drive projects to successful outcomes<br />• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent qualification desirable<br />• Experience of technology, operational improvement or business change projects would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative business where you will have genuine influence, exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful business change.
