The role operates across a matrixed portfolio of strategic CMOs and molecules spanning sites in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Own the digital connection lifecycle for assigned CMO molecule pairings, from partner onboarding and integration design through production and ongoing sustainment.
Act as the steward of the integration framework, applying established design specifications and templates and supporting more complex integrations as needed.
Participate in external CMO steering committee meetings as a digital representative through tech transfer and beyond.
Coordinate and support ETL and integration paths connecting internal and external partner systems.
Build and maintain a knowledge base by molecule and CMO, including After-Action Reviews (AARs) and lessons learned.
Manage delivery across a matrixed portfolio involving multiple molecules and CMO partners.
Track integration delivery, onboarding timelines, connection health, issue resolution, and continuous-improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst, Digital/Product Analyst, Project Coordinator/Manager, or similar role supporting technical or data-focused initiatives.
Understanding of industrial or manufacturing data, including process and time-series data.
Experience working on projects involving ETL, data integration, interfaces, or system-to-system connectivity. Hands-on development experience is not required.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and work effectively from established frameworks, design specifications, and templates.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Strong professional English and communication/presentation skills, with the ability to work directly with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Ability to operate as an informed, proactive partner rather than simply an order-taker.
Preferred
Experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or another regulated/industrial environment.
Previous experience working with external manufacturing partners or CMOs.
Exposure to technology supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
