Solution Architect - Entra ID/Azure/CIAM/Identity Architecture/Consent Management Framework

Contract | Hybrid (London (North Greenwich) - 2-3 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a high-profile digital transformation programme delivering a large-scale customer loyalty and rewards platform for a major UK organisation.

Working within an established architecture team, you will be responsible for designing secure, scalable solutions across identity, authentication and application integration, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade architecture.

• Strong Solution Architecture experience within enterprise environments
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Azure
• CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management)
• Identity & Access Management Architecture
• Experience with Consent Management Frameworks
• Application & Solution Architecture
• Application Integration Architecture
• Integration Architecture
• Salesforce exposure (desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for a large digital transformation programme.
• Define secure identity and access management solutions using Entra ID and Azure.
• Produce high-quality architectural documentation and technical designs.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure and business teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards.
• Support application and integration design across multiple platforms.
• Ensure architecture follows governance, security and best practice principles.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project life cycle.

Desirable

• Experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms.
• Previous work involving loyalty, rewards or customer engagement programmes.
• Experience integrating Salesforce within enterprise solutions.
