The Role • Act as a lead in the absence of store management, overseeing daily operations. • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers and maintaining a positive store environment. • Execute stocking, merchandise rotation, and display maintenance according to company standards. • Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage cash control procedures. • Assist with store opening and closing procedures and ensure store cleanliness and organization. • Contribute to loss prevention and profitability by adhering to company policies and procedures. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum of six months of supervisory or related experience preferred. • Strong mathematical skills for calculations and percentage, and knowledge of cash handling. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read and follow plan-o-grams. • Understanding of safety policies and practices, and facility and cash control procedures. • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, and operating store equipment.
