We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery from initial planning through post-go-live support. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and align technical solutions with business objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical specialists. Your leadership will help drive project governance, manage risks, and ensure high-quality implementation outcomes across complex HR and payroll environments. The position offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams and customer groups across the United States and Mexico, with Spanish-language proficiency highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative, results-driven project leader who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys delivering impactful enterprise technology transformations.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle for Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations, from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and post-production support, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, communications, and stakeholder expectations across business and IT teams.
- Coordinate functional and technical resources across Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Payroll, integrations, reporting, data conversion, and testing to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), governance documentation, meeting agendas, and status reports.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, solution design reviews, project planning sessions, testing activities, cutover preparation, and post-go-live support.
- Act as the primary client contact, providing clear and timely updates, facilitating issue resolution, managing expectations, and delivering executive-level project communications.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential delivery challenges, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical risks when necessary.
- Oversee coordination of Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll configurations to ensure alignment with client requirements, business processes, and established implementation best practices.
- Manage data conversion activities and coordinate integrations across relevant systems, ensuring dependencies are identified and deliverables remain on schedule.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), training coordination, change management activities, and end-user readiness to support successful system adoption.
- Facilitate collaboration and decision-making among executive stakeholders, business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Drive continuous stakeholder engagement and proactive problem-solving to improve user adoption, minimize disruption, and achieve expected business outcomes.
- Coordinate distributed and remote teams, maintaining accountability, effective communication, and alignment across different locations and time zones.
- Support client-site visits when required to facilitate workshops, project milestones, stakeholder meetings, or implementation activities.
- At least 5 years of project management experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects.
- Proven experience leading multi-module Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll programs across the complete project lifecycle, from planning and design through deployment and post-production support.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, HR and payroll business processes, system integrations, data flows, and cross-module dependencies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations in complex enterprise environments.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, integration specialists, reporting teams, and testing resources.
- Proven ability to develop project plans, manage RAID logs, maintain governance documentation, and communicate project status and risks effectively.
- Strong client-facing skills, including experience facilitating workshops, leading project meetings, managing executive stakeholders, and supporting complex business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve project challenges.
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams and delivering projects in collaborative, geographically dispersed environments.
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is highly preferred, particularly for engaging with clients and stakeholders across the United States and Mexico.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with change management, user training, UAT coordination, cutover planning, and end-user adoption activities.
- Ability to work independently, maintain strong project governance, and drive accountability across multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for client-site visits as project needs require.
- Competitive compensation: Salary based on professional experience, education, and geographical location.
- Full-time employment: An opportunity to lead enterprise Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementation projects.
- Remote work flexibility: Primarily remote work from within the United States, with occasional client-site visits as needed.

- Dental plan: Benefits to help cover dental care needs.
