Business Analyst / Product Manager - AI Healthcare (Discovery)

Contract | Hybrid | Immediate Start We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager to lead the discovery phase of an exciting AI healthcare implementation.

You'll work with clinical, technical and business stakeholders to define the successful deployment of an AI-powered MRI software solution that enhances image quality and accelerates scan times on existing MRI scanners.

What you'll be doing Lead discovery workshops with clinicians, IT and operational teams<br />Capture business, clinical and technical requirements<br />Map current and future MRI workflows<br />Define product vision, roadmap and MVP<br />Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications<br />Assess technical integration with PACS, RIS and DICOM environments<br />Identify risks, dependencies and implementation recommendations<br />Work closely with vendor and customer stakeholders to ensure project readiness We're looking for Experience implementing AI imaging solutions such as SwiftMR, Subtle Medical, Aidoc, Gleamer, or similar AI-enabled radiology products is highly desirable.<br />Proven Business Analyst and/or Product Manager experience<br />Strong discovery and requirements gathering skills<br />Experience delivering healthcare technology or digital transformation projects<br />Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills<br />Knowledge of Agile delivery and product development<br />Experience with Radiology, MRI, PACS, RIS, DICOM or clinical systems<br />Confident engaging with clinicians and technical teams<br />Able to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans<br />Passionate about delivering innovative healthcare solutionsThis is a fantastic opportunity to shape the implementation of cutting-edge AI technology that will transform MRI services, improve patient outcomes and maximise the value of existing imaging equipment. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
