Required Skills

Education Requirements: - Bachelors in Statistics, Analytics, or similar would be nice to have. Not required, depending on experience.

As a Product Analyst at COUNTRY Financial, you will be a key member of our Market Management team, reporting to the Market Analytics Supervisor. In this role, you will help Market Managers better understand product performance, market dynamics, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities across Personal and Commercial lines. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and motivated to understand the "why" behind the numbers. This role goes beyond reporting what happened. You will be expected to investigate patterns, challenge surface-level conclusions, ask thoughtful questions, and translate data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. You will use tools such as SQL, Python, and modern analytics platforms to explore data, improve analysis processes, automate recurring work, and make insights more accessible to business partners. Your work will help strengthen analytic capabilities, improve competitive and product tools, and support data-informed decisions across the organization. As our data platforms and analytic technologies continue to evolve, you will have opportunities to learn new tools, apply new methods, and help shape how analysis is delivered to the business. You'll join a collaborative team that values curiosity, problem-solving, technical growth, and the ability to connect data-driven insights to real business questions.
