About the Company

Keplin Global Services is a fast-growing company delivering end-to-end solutions across product sourcing, design, logistics, and brand development. Our design team creates packaging and digital content across global markets, supporting retail partners, Amazon brands, and multi-category product lines.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Designer with a strong understanding of compliance, print processes, and e-commerce design standards to develop accurate, premium, and conversion-driven packaging.

Responsibilities

Packaging Design

  • Create packaging artworks, dielines, labels, and print-ready files for multiple product categories.
  • Maintain accuracy in compliance markings: barcodes, warnings, material icons, UKCA/CE, recycle marks, age grades, legal text, and country-of-origin details.
  • Adapt packaging for various formats: boxes, sleeves, hangtags, inserts, pouches, and master cartons.
  • Ensure colour accuracy, print readability, hierarchy, and brand consistency across all SKUs.

E-commerce Design

  • Design e-commerce-optimized packaging for Amazon, marketplaces, and retail.
  • Translate product features into visually appealing packaging layouts.
  • Work on supporting creatives when needed: A+ content assets, icons, infographics, and digital mockups.

Compliance & Artwork Accuracy

  • Follow artwork guidelines, printer specifications, and regulatory requirements for multiple regions.
  • Ensure correct barcode placement, GTIN logic, safety icons, and mandatory statements.
  • Review QC feedback and update artworks as needed.

Collaboration

  • Work with marketing teams to interpret briefs and create packaging aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to integrate product copy, claims, and legal text.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and internal QC teams for artwork confirmations.

Asset Management

  • Maintain organised layer structures, version control, shared libraries, and design templates.
  • Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
  • Must work in professional design software; Canva-only workflows are not suitable for this role.
  • Good proficiency in creative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Envato Elements, Gemini, etc.
  • Strong understanding of dielines, print processes, typography, colour management, and packaging layouts.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional design experience, including at least 3 years focused specifically on packaging design within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Experience working with compliance-heavy product lines preferred (baby products, home & kitchen, outdoor, toys, electronics, etc.).
  • Proven ability to interpret creative briefs, marketing notes, and brand tone of voice.
  • Strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating end-to-end packaging design work, from concept through print-ready artwork.
