The Role

• Provide HR support and guidance to store leadership on various HR matters including staffing, workforce planning, training, retention, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, EEO, safety, and HR policies.
• Partner closely with store leadership and the regional HR team to champion HR goals and strategies.
• Assist with the staffing, interview, and selection process for leadership and non-leadership roles, managing the applicant tracking system.
• Oversee effective orientation, onboarding, and training programs to drive engagement and retention.
• Coach store leadership on career development resources and track progress on development plans.
• Consult with leadership on employee relations activities, dispute resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations, and EEO matters under the guidance of the HR Market Manager.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalency required; Associate Degree or above in Human Resources preferred.
• Proven ability to present thought leadership, demonstrate leadership presence, and be approachable.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging small and large groups effectively.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• High energy, adaptability, tenacity, and emotional consistency to manage difficult situations.
