Salesforce QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Automation Engineer to join our client's team.

Description:

• Responsible for testing software applications across QA/Test lifecycle of an application i.e. SIT, UAT, Functional testing etc.
• In Group B - responsible for designing automation test suites, setting up performance test systems and developing end-to-end system tests.

Mandatory:

• Recent hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in a Quality Assurance (QA) capacity.
• Must have at least a Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 1). Additional Salesforce Certs are a plus.
• Should have experience leading day-to-day QA activities, including onboarding new team members.
• 10+ years relevant client experience in similar technology (does not include training period)
• Including at least 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain.
• Min Education - Bachelors degree in technology, Masters preferred

Desired Skills:

• Relevant Valid Salesforce Certification Desired.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
