The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Handle a variety of servicing, diagnostics, and repair tasks for a wide range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting for each job.
• Maintain excellent customer communication, representing the company with pride.
• Work independently, making sound decisions for each unique customer situation.
• Operate within a 40-hour work week with some Saturday availability.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles and diagnostic tools.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different repair scenarios.
