The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio as an independent entrepreneur. • Take full responsibility for business operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your studio team. • Implement local marketing strategies to drive member acquisition. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Equity capital of €25,000 to €75,000. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act with autonomy. • Leadership skills and excellent teamwork capabilities. • A genuine drive to build and grow your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, services, management, or sales; career changers are welcome. • A passion for fitness, health, and working with people.
