• Support the store management team to drive store success.

• Collaborate with store leadership on performance reviews and strategic development.

• A completed vocational training, ideally with prior retail management experience.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of responsibility.
• Availability to work 5 days per week, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop the store team.
• Willingness to complete an eight-week training program in a designated training store.
