The Role • Act as the direct deputy to store management, overseeing efficient workflow and leading the team in a shared capacity. • Ensure an exceptional shopping experience and high customer satisfaction. • Handle all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Manage incoming goods, stocking shelves, and checking expiration dates. • Maintain freshness and stock levels for produce and bakery items. • Perform cashier duties, support with inventory, and assist with cleaning tasks.
