The Role • Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, focusing on lead generation and negotiation. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment. • Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs. • Conduct a high volume of in-person client meetings weekly to foster relationships and drive new business. • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and securing new clients through solution-based selling. • Collaborate with internal specialists to design and deliver custom security solutions. What You'll Need • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach. • Minimum 2 years of experience achieving or exceeding high sales quotas. • Proficient in leveraging Office Suite and CRM platforms. • Background in electronic security sales is strongly preferred. • A valid driver’s license is required and willingness to travel across assigned geographic areas.
