REQUIRED SKILLS

• Epic Cadence OR Prelude certification (dual certification a nice-to-have )
• Strong Patient Access, Scheduling, and Referrals experience
• Prioritize candidates with hands-on support experience who can hit the ground running in patient access workflows
• Production support background with some light build exposure
• Ability to quickly support frontline operations
• Primary focus is ambulatory/patient access support while the core team remains focused on an Epic acute rollout
