Systems Administrator - SAP SuccessFactors

Are you the person everyone turns to when SuccessFactors needs fixing, configuring or improving?

We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors System Administrator to take ownership of a mature SuccessFactors environment and become the technical expert behind one of the organisation's most critical HR platforms. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and ensuring systems operate efficiently every day.

About The Role

• Own and optimise a critical enterprise HR platform
• Lead SuccessFactors releases, upgrades and system improvements
• Be the go to technical expert for HR, Payroll and IT teams
• Manage the day to day administration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting.
• Configure business rules, workflows, MDF objects, role based permissions and data models.
• Plan and deliver biannual releases, upgrades and regression testing activities.
• Monitor system performance, system health and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and act as the key escalation point.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and external SAP support providers to continuously improve the platform.
• Maintain system governance, documentation and best practice processes.

About You

• Experience using SAP as well as SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong hands on experience administering SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Demonstrated experience supporting SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Experience configuring business rules, workflows, MDF objects and Role Based Permissions (RBP).
• Previous involvement in a full SuccessFactors implementation or major upgrade project.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of system outcomes.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications will be highly regarded.
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) will be highly regarded.
